the rooms were super clean upon arrival, which i consider acceptable.
The noise level was a significant issue, as a group was partying nearby until midnight. Despite calling reception multiple times, the disruption persisted. the security intervention came too late. additionally, the room lacked basic amenities. I did not find a hairdryer.

The room lacked basic amenities such as a hair dryer. I also noticed the absence of a mini fridge. The provided body wash was in a wall-mounted dispenser. Other toiletries were not available.

shower disruptionbathroom odor
The bathroom had a noticeable odor, seemingly coming from the shower waste outlet, and it was quite unpleasant. it was impossible to shower between 9 PM and midnight. The hotel was repairing the mains water outside on the main road, which caused this disruption. I wasn't impressed.

The room was clean and it was spacious. i found Ground floor access good, especially with kids and buggies. the staff were really excellent and helpful.
Stains was on rug in the room. i noticed no fresh towels during the three day stay, it was not good.

The room was large, also it was cleaned well. I slept on a comfortable bed. The bathroom was of a fair size. Public areas features were of a high standard. They were very clean.
Sound insulation from outside road was not sufficient in my room.

I had a meal in the hotel. It was good. It was fair priced. The waitress who served breakfast checked all breakfast items continuously. This made sure there was always plenty available.
